Purpose of the role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Rangatahi Navigator & Enablement Specialist to join our team. This is your opportunity to lead impactful change and support the aspirations of our rangatahi and their whānau.
As a Rangatahi Navigator & Enablement Specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering kaupapa Māori-led support services that empower rangatahi to develop resilience, build confidence, and achieve their goals in education, training, hauora, and employment. Your mahi will help shape the next generation of leaders by weaving together identity, support, and aspiration.
You’ll guide rangatahi on their journey, whether it’s accessing scholarships, getting their driver's licence, or stepping into employment and training pathways. You’ll also co-design tailored plans and deliver practical programmes and workshops that support rangatahi to thrive.
