Purpose of the role
The Pou Mataaho leads and supports practice across the family harm and violence response space. This role provides clinical guidance, supervision, and case oversight to the Pou Arahi and supports multi-agency collaboration to ensure the safety and wellbeing of whānau in high-risk or complex situations.
You’ll manage the distribution of discretionary funding to support urgent whānau safety needs, coordinate safety hui, and lead workforce development initiatives. This role also plays a key part in implementing Manawa Tītī's strategic direction and building community capability. Fixed term role ending March 2027.
